Fetters' Sleepsack measurements are provided to give a general guide for fit. Choose the closest size to your actual measurements. Measurements are best taken by a partner when lying down with arms against your sides. Running a tape measure around the body when lying down is the ideal way to measure the points listed in the chart here.
