If your goods are faulty or damaged, please return the items item(s) to us together with the original receipt, by RECORDED DELIVERY, explaining the reason for return. Faulty goods MUST be returned within 14 days Upon receipt we will examine & test the returned product and if found to be faulty or damaged, send a replacement within 7 days together with a refund of your postage. We apologize in advance should you be put to this inconvenience. Please note that 'Faulty goods need to be returned within 14 days'.

If you have ordered the wrong product return it to us by RECORDED delivery along with the original receipt explaining the reason for return, We will be quite happy to exchange it for another product providing it is unused, but we will need to charge for re-shipping.

If you have ordered the wrong product and there is nothing else in our range that meets your requirements, we will issue a refund, but this will be subject to a 10% re-stocking charge. For health & safety reasons, we regret that our exchange / refund policy DOES NOT APPLY to intimate or insertable toys.

Goods made as a special order or made-to-measure cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable. (Please note that made to measure items are also subject to a 20% surcharge).
